Ramón Mena Licairac -CEO & Product Architect
Founder of Skil•amy: an engineer with business training, a product-focused vision, and experience as a Product Manager for social impact companies, with extensive experience in cultural awareness initiatives.
Olivia Grosvenor – Chief Operating Officer
An experienced project manager with over a decade of operational leadership in sustainability and creativity programs. She oversees the management and operation of Skil•amy’s projects.
Karina Lau – Business development and international sales
An architect by training, she has extensive experience in entrepreneurship in agricultural development companies, sustainability, and community outreach. She is responsible for expanding Skil•amy’s reach by building relationships and connections with commercial and governmental stakeholders.
Antonio Jara - Instructional Designer
A historian, producer, and audiovisual director with extensive experience in the creation of educational documentaries. He brings a strong background in instructional design focusing on designing impactful and engaging educational experiences.
Roberto Solano Leiva – Compliance Officer & Innovation in Fund Management
A lawyer with master’s degrees from the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo and Framingham State University, he provides strategic and legal support to ensure that fund management is backed by viable, secure, and innovative frameworks as our Compliance Officer.
