5.1. Skilamy INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The Services and their contents (software, text, images, video) are owned by Skilamy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view course content for personal use via streaming only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

5.2. USER CONTRIBUTIONS You retain ownership of the content you upload (“User Contributions”). However, by uploading, you grant Skilamy a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, and distribute that content. You also allow other users to share your contributions via social media platforms integrated into Skilamy.

5.3. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS (DMCA) If you believe content on the Site violates your copyright, notify our agent at Skilamy.app@gmail.com with:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
  2. The URL of the infringing material.
  3. Your contact information.
  4. A statement of good faith belief.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

6. MONITORING, ENFORCEMENT, AND TERMINATION

Skilamy has the right to:

  • Remove any User Contribution for any reason.
  • Disclose your identity to third parties claiming rights violations.
  • Take legal action or involve law enforcement for illegal use.
  • Suspend or terminate your access for violations of terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

Note: The Company is released from claims resulting from investigations by the company or law enforcement authorities.
